Bulk Data Upload : Upload multiple raw data files at once
Select or drag in multiple FASTQ or VCF files from your computer to be uploaded and assigned to samples simultaneously. The Command Line Ingest Tool (CLI) can also be used to upload multiple FASTQ and BAM files from your local server or computer. More information on how to use that tool can be found here.
MultiQC Support for FASTQC
MultiQC in now a supported workflow in the pipeline design studio. Using the pipeline design studio, build a pipeline connecting FASTQ inputs into FASTQC and connect all of your FASTQC reports into MultiQC. Once the pipeline has successfully launched, you will be able to access a consolidated quality control report for all of your files.
Visualize your data directly from the library or pipeline results page
Select the visualize button next to any processed dataset within your library and you will be guided to create or select an existing project to visualize your data in.
Select the visualize button next to files on the results tab of your pipeline and you will be taken directly to your plot .
Circos Plots : Notifications for variants that are too small to be visualized
Under each variant type you will be notified if there are any variants that are too small to be visualized and if so how many occur.
Refined Knowledge Engine Search
Search longer and more complex queries. Hover over the blue terms to take a look at the description. If the description matches your intended search click continue and you will be taken to your results. If the blue search term does not match your original query, click on the term to update and change it.
