How to upload raw data to the BioBox Legacy Platform

If you are using our new knowledge graph platform, pleasehere to upload your data.

  1. Go to the library and select the data tab. Once you are in the data tab select "FASTQ" from the left hand panel. Prior to uploading the data ensure that you have created experiments and records in your library.

  2. Select Upload and drag the files you would like to upload into the upload dialog.

  3. Specify the experiment each file corresponds to and the technical replicates.

  4. Select upload the the files will be imported to your library. Please do not navigate away from this page as it will terminate the uploads in progress.
