How to navigate your pipeline results and visualize your data
The results page is divided into four main quadrants, allowing you to view your entire pipeline, visualize your results, and see all of your pipeline outputs in one place.
Pipeline Overview
The top left hand quadrant is where you will find any errors associated with your pipeline or a confirmation that your pipeline has successfully completed. The bottom left hand quadrant is where you can see the entire pipeline that you have designed. This will include all of the workflows, inputs, and outputs involved in the pipeline that you ran. You can zoom in and out to view specific sections of your pipeline. Clicking on each workflow will update the bottom right hand quadrant of the page.
Pipeline Outputs
The top right hand quadrant is where you will see any files that can be visualized within a BioBox. For example if you run an RNAseq pipeline the two files that can be visualized are your Differential Expression and Gene Count files. By selecting "Visualize your data" next to the file you would like to work with, you will be taken directly to a BioBox to explore your data. All other output files that cannot be visualized in a BioBox e.g. BAM and single sample gene count files will be displayed in the bottom right hand quadrant as you click on each workflow. All of the files are saved to your BioBox library.
The bottom right hand quadrant of the page will show you the inputs files, steps and errors associated with each workflow in your pipeline. Select the "Inputs" dropdown to see the input files that were added to the workflow you have selected.
Select the "Stages" dropdown to see all of the individual steps associated with each workflow and select "Inputs" to the input files that were added to each workflow.
Under the Outputs section you will be able to see the file outputs for the workflow you have selected. All of your workflow output files are given a uuid (universally unique identifier) name that can be updated by you at anytime. All files are saved to your BioBox Library and can be found under the data tab.
If errors have been detected in your pipeline you can download the STD OUT and STD ERR located above your pipeline outputs to obtain more information.
