Introducing Object View

Search for any object (gene, protein, disease, etc) within your knowledge graph and view all of the associated information. This is a great way to keep track of all of the information associated with a target or a disease.

This page can also be used to edit the data properties and concepts associated with this object.

Data Pack Deletions

Uploaded the wrong data? Not a problem. Delete all of the objects associated with a data pack that you have uploaded. Within the data pack tab of the foundry select the the trash icon associated with the data pack you would like to delete. This will preserve your data schema ( concepts/ relationships) but will remove the underlying data (objects).

Create New Graph Explorer Sessions

If you are in a previously saved session and do not want to overwrite your work you can create a new session to begin working with a blank canvas.
