      How to Invert your Volcano Plot

      How to display the -log10Pvalue on your Y axis to invert your volcano Plot

      1. Under the "Series" menu ensure the P value or P Adjusted value is selected for the Y axis. 
      2. Use the Checkbox to select "Invert Plot", this will transform the values on your Y axis to the display the -log10.  The Y axis title can be updated to reflect these values. Use the "Axis" drop down to change the title of the Y axis to "log10Pvalue". 
      3. Deselect the checkbox to undo this action.
