# list\_dashboards — List dashboards

List dashboards

## What it does

List all of the org's dashboards (saved multi-widget views) with each dashboard's name, description, and widget count — the inventory an agent picks a dashboard from.

**When to use:** the user wants to see what dashboards exist in the org ("what dashboards do we have?"); you need a dashboard's uuid to drill into its widgets with get\_dashboard; you want each dashboard's name/description/widget count or when it was last updated.

**When NOT to use:** you want the dashboards pinned on a SPECIFIC object/entity — use list\_object\_dashboards(objectId); you want the widgets (and their queries) of ONE dashboard — use get\_dashboard(dashboardId); you want scoring reports or reasoning models (those are list\_reports / list\_reasoning\_models).

**Parameters:** none.

**Returns:** An object { dashboards, count }. Each dashboard has: uuid (pass to get\_dashboard to see its widgets), displayName, description (or null when the dashboard has none), widgetCount (number of widgets on it), dateUpdated (last edit — the list is sorted newest-first) and dateCreated. `count` is the number returned — this is the org's FULL dashboard inventory (it is not paginated or capped, so there is no truncation).
